I'm facing the same issue. Bt email app this board is the place to post your questions about the bt email app. Bt 'yahoo' mail issue bt severed all ties with yahoo many years ago and moved all the accounts onto the btmail system so yahoo is no longer relevant to your email account.

Unable to access bt email login page on your mobile phone using 4/5g once you get to the login page and input your details and then get returned to the logon page what happens if you. However, it keeps wanting to send a verification code to the very email account. Yes, used outlook before on other devices.
Using the browser works ok.
Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps. This board is the place to post your general bt email queries. Cannot access email login page from android, progress bar goes about a quarter across then nothing, not even reached user / password. Login email page has changed hey there @cfr.
My bt internet mail is otherwise running as it should in. Have tried to log into my yahoo account (it has the format xyz@btinternet.com). Since you started noticing these issues, have you tried giving this a go from a different device / browser?
