I believe proton actually has its own “4gb patch” of its own that is applied by default. Screenshots, discussion, support, fan art, oc, and more. You shouldnt need it if that’s true.

I ran into some stability issues with the steam releases of fallout 3 and new vegas. The search term must be at least 3 characters long community fallout series fnv 4gb patcher new update 1.4!(3. If you read the compatibility on the nvse page it says that it only supports the steam version of fnv.

Hello all, i would like to use this thread to compose a list of mods that fix, stabilize, or expand the vanilla game without. Is the large address aware flag set on both fo3. The 4gb patcher enables this feature for the fonv application, thus doubling the available memory for the game. The first one i downloaded was a steam version which according to the readme didn't even work with nonsteam.
Nvse is a script extender, which is required by many other mods. I wonder if there are any fixes. If it hooks into the process instead, then mod update will be required.
