We are migrating some reports from oracle reports to evisions argos. And in oracle reports, there was a before report trigger,. Then i tried to install the package with the same version manually and still fails.

Please provide enough code so others can better understand or reproduce the problem. My tests have retries enabled. You need to take this up with evisions
So, i installed pillow without version.
The sql is valid so the problem lies with argos reports.
