I've only been using telegram for a couple of months but there's a dramatic difference between the download speed now and the download speed when i started. Telegram not downloading media files, any solution to this? Is there any reason for that?

Seems that plus messenger is the best method since it's the most user friendly and easiest to use. Whenever i use telegram on android or the web app, i get prompted to enter my phone number, then i get the screen below. Already tried clearing cache, made sure there is enough memory, and updated to the latest version. Downloaded telegram on my computer (windows), it told me to use the app to sign in.
I'd like to use the tab telegram web client of edge, but it's crazy slow compared to telegram desktop.
