Elemental bolt is a cc spell. The electric plus boosts the damage of both releasing a bolt elemental and mind blast. What’s the outlook for white flare/black bolt compared to some other sword and shield sets?

Meteor beam/shadow force, psystrike, blast burn, brutal swing, brave bird. In battle, use summon bolt, summon copy, and then summon earth. On my car, the caliper uses a banjo bolt to connect the line to the caliper.
Alternatively, flare bolt is more accurate and pierces a few enemies, making it quite nice to eliminate its minions.
The master spells, at least in the base game, there's only fire storm, blizzard, and whatever the kamehameha lightning one is. I already spent money converting my car to steel braided brake lines, so if i don't have to change them, that'll be.
