With our sky package, netflix with ads comes. Upgraded my package recently to include netflix, paramount and movies. How am i able to watch and download netflix within my house?

We already have a netflix account separate from our sky package. I click on netflix and my login has gone and has been replaced with unknown spanish logins? How do i confirm what email has been used for netflix as i am unable to login to netflix or reset the password or.
To use your sky netflix account on other devices you need to set up a password as well as using your sky netflix.
Are you using your netflix login details and not your sky account details to login on a different device. So i was missinformed by sky agent that i can have netflix with my sky+hd box ?? Already had netflix so using the same. Netflix can't know what your sky password is and i'm 99% sure they don't handoff the login authentication to sky.
I also have skygo app on my iphone & ipad but does.
